Delivery Notifications

You will receive an email at the address you have specified when your order has been dispatched - this email contains the tracking number (if applicable) so you can track it online right to your door. You can also send an email to to enable us to provide you with adequate updates on the status of your order.

Delivery Timescales

We source our inventory from several manufacturers within the US, Europe, and Asia. In order to keep our inventory affordable, fresh, and up to date with the latest styles we have a centralized fulfillment center in Asia that all of our products ship from. Due to the overseas location of our fulfillment center, please allow up to 1-4 weeks for shipping if the order is international.


Please note that items ordered together and free gifts may not be shipped out on the same day, and occasionally items may be temporarily out-of-stock or back ordered. Rest assured, any shipping delays will be communicated.

Order Processing Timescale

Due to the heavy pressure of order, please allow us at least 2-5 days to process your product. We will notify you through email as soon as the order is processed.

Orders with Incorrect Information

Once your order has been submitted it can no longer be modified. Any packages returned due to a wrong or incorrect address will be reshipped at the cost of the purchaser. Quick! Take a glance or two and double check your address is right. Though we check all orders very carefully before shipping, we cannot be responsible for incorrect information like credit card entries or addresses. Please review your order carefully before submitting your order!

Postage Method

As EZfitness Gear provides free standard shipping for orders over $29.99. It follows its own shipping method. The product usually sends to its customer by regular mail with tracking information.

Missed Deliveries

Please note that we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages. All lost, stolen or returned packages are the responsibility of the buyer. In the rare event of a mail carrier failure, please contact your local carrier directly with any questions or concerns.

Late Deliveries or Dispatch

Although EZfitness Gear is able to ship almost every order in the specified delivery timescale, in rare circumstances our shipping capacity can be exceeded and cause a delay of some extra day.  We regret that this situation can occur occasionally, and is an unfortunate situation which is naturally associated with buying online.

The other circumstance which may cause a delay is when the delivery service itself has a problem.  This, again, is a rare situation but is unfortunately beyond our control.  In these situations, we will do our very best to take responsibility for the situation and ensure that your order is delivered as quickly as possible.

Duties or Taxes

Due to the small stated value amounts entered by our fulfillment center, it is not often that our customers receive duty/extra charges upon import. With that said every country reserves the right to charge tax on any imports, which is entirely out of our control.

In the rare event, a charge occurs, customers are 100% responsible for all taxes, duties or tariffs if applied by your local customs. Note that, the taxes, duties, or tariffs are not part of the shipping charges. It is not charged by us nor your post office. It is charged by your countries customs department. For an exact cost of these fees, you should see your local post office or customs office. We will not responsible for such expenses under any circumstances.

Problem with Back orders

Sometimes an item is so popular it gets snagged up before we know it!  Don't worry we promise to get it to you as soon as possible! We know the anticipation of your new items arriving is exciting and we so much appreciate your patients!

Delivery to Business Addresses

EZfitness Gear allows delivery to alternate delivery addresses including business addresses and places of work. If you do specify a business address for delivery, please ensure that there will be someone available during normal working hours e.g. at reception who can sign for delivery on your behalf.


    Note: We are also an environmentally friendly enterprise trying to use as little packaging as possible while still ensuring good protection for your orders.
